The designation provides Premier member hospitals and health systems with access to SYLKE® Adhesive Wound Closure through the nation's largest group purchasing organization.

SYLKE® Adhesive Wound Closure has been awarded a Breakthrough Technology Designation with Premier, Inc., one of the nation's largest group purchasing organizations. Premier's GPO network includes thousands of hospitals and health systems across the United States, and the Breakthrough Technology program is designed to provide member facilities with timely access to innovations that represent a meaningful advancement in their respective categories.

Premier established the Technology Breakthroughs Program to evaluate products that may offer differentiated advantages in terms of patient safety, clinical outcomes, or operational efficiency relative to existing options. Products receiving this designation are made available to Premier member facilities through the organization's contracting infrastructure.
