SYLKE® Skin Closure was named a recipient of the Industry Innovation Award at the 2025 American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons Annual Meeting.
At the 2025 AAHKS Annual Meeting in Dallas, Texas, Sylke, Inc. was named a recipient of the Industry Innovation Award. In its fourth year in 2025, this competitive award recognizes cutting-edge innovation in the field of orthopaedic hip and knee arthroplasty among exhibiting companies. SYLKE® was selected alongside Stryker and Vertex Pharmaceuticals as one of three award recipients.
Following the award presentation, SYLKE® was featured on AAHKS Amplified, the association's official podcast. Host Cory L. Calendine, MD, interviewed M. Mark Mofid, MD, FACS, about the product and its application in orthopaedic wound closure.
